نکات ورزشی برای بیماران قلبی

- هر جلسه ورزش باید در ابتدا حداقل با پنج دقیقه گرم کردن بدن آغاز شده و با پنج دقیقه خنک کردن بدن پایان یابد. این کار باعث می شود که خطر کمبود اکسیژن مورد نیاز قلب در واکنش به آغاز ناگهانی فعالیت جسمی و توقف ناگهانی آن، کاهش یابد.

- ورزش های سبک و خفیف مانند پیاده روی را حداقل ۳۰ دقیقه در بیشتر روزهای هفته و ترجیحا در تمام روزهای هفته انجام دهید. - هر فرد مبتلا به بیماری قلبی باید حد مجاز خود را برای انجام فعالیت های ورزشی بداند و از آن حد فراتر نرود برای پیدا کردن این حدود می توان از پزشک معالج کمک گرفت.

- برای انجام ورزش های سنگین حتما با پزشک مشورت کنید و آزمایش های اولیه لازم را انجام دهید.

- اگر پیش از تمرینات و یا در حین و پایان تمرینات دچار علائم غیرعادی شده اید حتما موضوع را به پزشک یا مربی خود اطلاع دهید. این علائم شامل درد سینه، خستگی شدید، سوء هاضمه و سوزش سر دل، تنگی نفس شدید، درد گوش یا گردن، عفونت در مجاری فوقانی تنفسی، سرگیجه یا تندی ضربان قلب و سردرد شدید هستند.

- اگر برای بیمار داروی نیتروگلیسیرین تجوز شده حتما باید آن را همیشه در طول ورزش کردن به همراه داشته باشد.

- اگر بیمار از وسائلی استفاده می کند که وضعیت سلامت قلب را به ویژه در حین ورزش کردن نشان می دهد باید همیشه از صحت و درستی عملکرد این ابزار مطمئن شود.
