تاثیر خواب در بیماری های قلبی

وقتی فرد به میزان کافی نمی‌خوابد تمام بدن از جمله قلب رنج می‌کشد. افزایش استرس که از علل خطرناک بودن خواب ناکافی است، می‌تواند سلامت قلب را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. اختلال خواب می‌تواند به صورت آریتمی خود را نشان دهد. زمانی که هرگونه استرسی به بدن وارد می‌شود اعم از بی‌خوابی یا هر مشکل دیگری می‌تواند نامنظمی در ضربان قلب ایجاد کند و ضربانات زودرس دهلیزی یا بطنی ایجاد کند و فرد از احساس تپش قلب شکایت کند. عمده مراجعانی که حالت‌های استرسی دارند مشکل تپش قلب دارند و همین باعث مراجعه آنها می‌شود. وقتی خواب مختل می‌شود می‌تواند استرس به بدن وارد کند و این نوع استرس است که می‌تواند اختلال ضربان قلب بدهد. تحقیقات مختلف نشان می‌دهد افرادی که در شبانه‌روز کمتر از ۶ ساعت یا بیشتر از ۸ ساعت می‌خوابند بیش از دیگر افراد جامعه در معرض تهاجم بیماری‌های قلبی قرار دارند. مشکل در خوابیدن و بیدار شدن همراه با خستگی می‌تواند نشانه‌ای از وجود پیشرفت بیماری قلبی در انسان باشد. بهترین شیوه برای پیشگیری از تهاجم بیماری‏های قلبی نزد افراد جامعه، خوابیدن شبانه به مدت زمان ۶ تا ۸ ساعت است. یکی از دلایل فشار خون بالا آپنه خواب است که آپنه خواب علل دیگری از جمله چاقی را شامل می‌شود. برخی افراد بدن‌شان به کم خوابی حساس است و بالطبع این افراد بیشتر دچار عوارض ناشی از کم خوابی و از جمله مشکلات قلبی می‌شوند.
