اقداماتی که برای بیمار سکته قلبی بستری شده در بیمارستان انجام می شود:
معمولاً پزشکان یک سکته قلبی را سریع تشخیص داده و درمان می کنند. ضربان قلب به طور مداوم در یک تا دو روز اول کنترل می شود و هر حالت غیرطبیعی تحت درمان قرار می گیرد. سپس فعالیت جسمی بیمار به تدریج افزایش می یاید. معمولا بیمار بعد از ۷ روز از بروز سکته قلبی مرخص می شود.
جلوگیری از سکته قلبی مجدد
اکثر بیماران بعد از سکته قلبی بهبود می یابند و نیاز به جراحی قلب ندارند. برای این بیماران آسپیرین (با مقدار کم )، نیترات ها (مانند نیتروگلیسیرین ) و یا داروهای بتا بلوکر (مانند پروپرانولول) تجویز می شود. این داروها خطر سکته قلبی مجدد را کاهش می دهند. معمولا بیماران قبل از مرخص شدن از بیمارستان راهنمایی می شوند. آن ها باید نکاتی را درباره موارد زیر بدانند:
1. برای مراقبت از عوامل خطری که داشته اند یا دارند (مانند مصرف دخانیات ، فشارخون بالا، کلسترول خون بالا یا داشتن اضافه وزن) چه وظایفی به عهده آن ها است.
2. از چه زمانی فعالیت های طبیعی زندگی (مانند ورزش، رانندگی و روابط جنسی ) را می توانند شروع کنند.
3. از چه زمانی می توانند کار (فعالیت حرفه ای) خود را شروع کنند.
4. توانبخشی آن ها را چه کسی انجام می دهد.(پزشک عمومی ، متخصص قلب یا بخش خدمات سرپایی بیمارستان)
5. برنامه توانبخشی بعد از سکته قلبی و بازتوانی بیمار شامل چه مواردی است.
بیمار باید در طی بستری در بیمارستان، از نظر بروز مجدد سکته قلبی ارزیابی شود ، چون احتمال بروز این خطر زیاد است. ممکن است برای بیمار تصمیم گرفته شودکه پیوند عروق کرونر انجام شود، یا از روش های دیگر مانند استفاده از بالن یا فنر (استنت) برای باز کردن قسمت های تنگ شده شریان های عروق کرونر (آنژیو پلاستی) استفاده گردد. زمانی که شرایط بیمار تثبیت شد، اقدامات بیشتری براى بازگرداندن جریان خون کرونر صورت می گیرد.
