۱- احساس ناراحتی در قفسه سینه: بیشتر حملات قلبی با احساس ناراحتی در مرکز قفسه سینه شروع می شود. این درد برای چند دقیقه طول می کشد. ممکن است فعالیت موجب ایجاد آن شده باشد. احساس ناراحتی ممکن است به صورت یک فشار نامطلوب دردناک، احساس سنگینی یا درد روی قفسه سینه باشد. گاهی درد و ناراحتی در قسمت های دیگر بالا تنه نیز احساس می شود، مثل درد بین دو کتف، درد و احساس سنگینی در یکی از دو بازوی چپ یا راست، گردن، فک تحتانی و قسمت بالای معده (درد سر دل)
2- احساس تنگی نفس در فعالیت که اخیراً یا ناگهان ایجاد شده است.
3-این نوع تنگی نفس که غالباً همراه با احساس ناراحتی در قفسه سینه هم است گاهی اولین علامت سکته (حمله) قلبی است.
4- احساس سوزش در زیر جناغ قفسه سینه
5- تپش قلب ناگهانی بدون سابقه قبلی به خصوص در میانسالان و سالمندان
6- ضعف شدید ناگهانی بدون این که عللی برای آن یافت شده باشد
7- تعریق سرد و فراوان
8- علایم اختلال در خواب، بی اشتهایی، احساس سبیکی سر، سنکوپ که ممکن است به علت سکته (حمله) قلبی باشد، اما اهمیت آن ها از علایمی که در فوق ذکر شده، کمتر است.
