و نکته آخر اینکه گرما را هم می‌توان یک عامل خطر مساعدکننده برای مشکلات قلبی دانست. این به خصوص در دمای بسیار بالا (بالاتر از ۴۰درجه سانتی‌گراد) و هوای رطوبتی صادق است. در زمانی که موج گرما منطقه‌ای را فرا می‌گیرد میزان سکته‌های قلبی به شدت بالا می‌رود، برای همین تا حد امکان از قرا گرفتن در معرض نور مستقیم آفتاب پرهیز کنید و در سایه بمانید و از شیوه‌های مختلف خنک‌تر شدن استفاده کنید.
