ضربان قلب تند یا سریع به ضربانی گفته می شود که سریعتر از حد نرمال بتپد. ضربان قلب نرمال بین ۶۰ تا ۱۰۰ ضربه در دقیقه است. تندی ضربان قلب به سرعتی بالاتر از ۱۰۰ تپش در دقیقه اطلاق می شود.
علل تپش قلب
وقتی ورزش می کنید یا فعالیت دیگری انجام می دهید، قلب شما به طور طبیعی سریعتر خواهد تپید. این مسئله باعث می شود قلبتان خون را در سراسر بدن پمپاژ کند تا اکسیژن لازم را به بافت های بدن برساند.
وقتی می ترسید یا احساساتی مثل اضطراب و استرس را تجربه می کنید هم ضربان قلبتان بالاتر می رود.
کسانیکه می توانند ضربان قلب خود را حس کنند احتمالاً دچار تپش قلب هستند. این مشکل می تواند به خاطر استرس، اضطراب، یا مصرف برخی داروها یا می تواند نشانه یک مشکل جدی قلبی باشد. اگر شما هم تپش قلب دارید، حتماً باید این مسئله را با پزشک متخصص قلب درمیان بگذارید.
عوامل مرتبط با تپش قلب
تندی ضربان قلب می تواند دلایل دیگری هم داشته باشد که عبارتند از:
- اختلالات قلبی مثل بی نظمی ضربان قلب
- عفونت ریوی مثل سینه پهلو یا ذات الریه
- عفونت خونی که می تواند منجر به تب شود .
- کم خونی
- پایین بودن فشار خون
- بی آبی بدن
- مصرف الکل یا کافئین
- داروهای ضد اشتها
- اختلالات تیروئید
